Wheel loader Electronic Scale Working Principle

Working Principle :The Electronic weighing system automatically tests the force strength by the two load cells installed on the wheel loader. Then after A/D conversion, the indicator of the electronic weighing system can show the weight by digits. The weighing system can work with the loading and unloading of the goods.
When goods are loaded, the micro procession unit adds the weights of each bucket load automatically until the targeted weights, then the indicator shows the total weight; when goods are unloaded, the micro procession unit minuses the weights of each bucket load keyed in from the total weight entered in advance.

Mobile Weighing : The electronic weighing system can weigh the goods while lifting and ensure a high accuracy.
When the bucket is lifted, the electronic weighing system can trace the force change between the two load cells automatically. By using two load cells can remove those interferences caused by oil temperature, inner friction, pollution and the wear of sealing washer.
